Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • green gel food coloring to desired shade
  • red heart sprinkles for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter;
  3. Press crust mixture into each muffin well.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and sour cream.
  6. Add green gel coloring to reach Grinch green.
  7. Fill muffin cups and bake 15-17 minutes until centers barely jiggle.
  8. Cool completely and chill 2-4 hours. Add red heart before serving.

Notes

Chill thoroughly for best texture. Add the heart garnish after chilling for the cleanest look.
