Method
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth and creamy.
- Mix melted chocolate with cream cheese until fully combined.
- Add vanilla and green coloring until a bright Grinch shade forms.
- Chill mixture 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop and roll into small truffle balls.
- Freeze truffle balls for 15 minutes.
- Melt additional white chocolate for dipping.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place on parchment.
- Top immediately with a red heart sprinkle and allow to set.

Store truffles refrigerated up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
