Ingredients
  

Truffle Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • green gel food coloring to desired shade
Coating
  • 2 cups white chocolate melted for dipping
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for thinning
  • 24 red heart sprinkles one per truffle

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave or double boiler
  • Parchment-lined tray
  • Dipping fork

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Melt white chocolate until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix melted chocolate with cream cheese until fully combined.
  4. Add vanilla and green coloring until a bright Grinch shade forms.
  5. Chill mixture 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  6. Scoop and roll into small truffle balls.
  7. Freeze truffle balls for 15 minutes.
  8. Melt additional white chocolate for dipping.
  9. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place on parchment.
  10. Top immediately with a red heart sprinkle and allow to set.

Notes

Store truffles refrigerated up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
