Method
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent and fragrant.
 - Add ground turkey to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat.
 - Pour in chicken broth, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
 - Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until coated in the creamy sauce.
 - Adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
 
Notes
Leftovers reheat well with a splash of cream or broth. Add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition.
