Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter for greasing pan
  • 1 pinch salt
  • orange and yellow food coloring gel preferred
  • 1 cup candy corn optional for topping

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Saucepan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Rubber spatula
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and butter lightly.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Divide the mixture into three equal bowls.
  5. Color one bowl yellow, one orange, and leave one white.
  6. Spread yellow fudge in the pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  7. Layer orange fudge on top, chill again.
  8. Finish with the white layer and smooth the top.
  9. Optional: press candy corn pieces into the top layer.
  10. Chill 2–3 hours or until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

For cleaner layers, chill briefly between each color. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
