Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.
 - Prepare brownie batter according to package directions, mixing eggs, oil, and water. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
 - Spread half the batter in the pan. Arrange Oreos in a single layer on top.
 - Cover Oreos with remaining brownie batter, smoothing the top.
 - Bake for 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
 - Cool completely, then drizzle with orange and black icing before slicing.
 - Cut into squares and serve.

Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
