Method
- Bring water, butter, honey, and vanilla to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Let dough cool slightly, then beat in the egg until smooth.
- Pipe small churro bites onto parchment paper using a star tip piping bag.
- Spray lightly with oil. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss warm churro bites in mixture until coated.
- Serve warm with chocolate or caramel dip.
Notes
Best eaten fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 2 minutes before serving.
