Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups roasted hazelnuts skins removed
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Spatula
  • Glass storage jar

Method
 

  1. Blend hazelnuts until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Blend until fully combined.
  4. Slowly add milk until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Transfer to jar and store refrigerated.

Notes

Stir before use if separation occurs.
