Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Mix mashed bananas with peanut butter, eggs, and flavorings.
  2. Stir in oats and optional chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake until set and lightly golden.
