Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth edges.
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, Parmesan, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
- Place 1–2 teaspoons of the cheese-herb mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold corners over filling, pinching to seal, forming small pouches.
- Arrange on baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Brush each puff pastry bite with beaten egg.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and slightly melted.
- Cool 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
Optional: add red pepper flakes or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. Best served fresh but can be reheated for a few minutes.
