- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Optional: sprinkle chopped pistachios or walnuts over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
Optional: add a scoop of protein powder for extra protein. Can be used as a filling for mini cannoli shells.
