Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional, vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 tbsp mix-ins chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds

  • Spoon or spatula
  • Mini muffin tin or silicone mold
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in any mix-ins such as chocolate chips or nuts.
  3. Spoon or pipe mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for 2-4 hours or until completely set.
  5. Remove frozen bites from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
