Ingredients
  

Chocolate Layers
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Mint Filling
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate and spread first layer.
  2. Chill until set.
  3. Prepare mint filling and spread evenly.
  4. Chill and top with remaining chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate until firm and cut into pieces.
