  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold eggnog for 5 minutes.
