Method
- Whisk together eggnog, milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
- Add egg yolks and whisk until fully combined.
- Cook over medium heat while whisking constantly.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens into pudding consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Strain for extra smooth texture if desired.
- Divide into serving bowls and cover surface with plastic wrap.
- Chill 1–2 hours until set.
Notes
For extra richness, use a combination of heavy cream and milk. Serve chilled with whipped cream.
