Ingredients
  

Pastry
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
Filling
  • 0.75 cup fruit jam
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Cut puff pastry into rectangles and add filling.
  3. Seal edges with egg wash and fork.
  4. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool completely and drizzle with icing.

Ensure pastries are fully cooled before icing for clean drizzle.
