Ingredients
  

Nougat Layer
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Layer
  • 1.5 cups Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.25 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
Topping
  • 0.75 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Food processor
  • 8x8-inch pan

Method
 

  1. Mix nougat ingredients and press into lined pan.
  2. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend caramel ingredients until smooth.
  4. Spread caramel over nougat and add peanuts.
  5. Chill again for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top.
  7. Chill until set, then slice into bars.

Notes

For clean slices, chill thoroughly before cutting.
