Ingredients
  

Pork
  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  2. Marinate pork for at least 2 hours.
  3. Roast pork at 425°F until nearly done.
  4. Brush with honey glaze and broil until caramelized.
  5. Rest, slice, and garnish before serving.

Notes

Do not overcook pork tenderloin.
