- Mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and glazed.
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Place a layer of rice on each serving plate.
- Add a layer of mixed greens and sliced avocado over the rice.
- Top with sliced honey-lime chicken.

Notes
