Ingredients
  

Chicken & Sauce
  • 1 lb chicken breasts diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Pasta & Garnish
  • 12 oz fettuccine
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • To taste fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, add honey, chicken broth, and cream; simmer.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, toss with sauce, add pasta and Parmesan.
  5. Plate, garnish with parsley and extra cracked pepper, serve immediately.
