Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness.
- Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
- Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
- Arrange cooked sausage slices and red onion evenly on top. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Slide pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove pizza from oven and drizzle hot honey over the top.
- Garnish with fresh arugula or basil leaves. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the amount of hot honey depending on your preferred sweetness and spice level. Pre-bake dough for extra crispiness if desired.
