Ingredients
  

Flatbread Pizza
  • 2 large flatbreads store-bought
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–25 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 tbsp hot honey
  • fresh basil leaves optional garnish
  • red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread ricotta evenly over flatbread and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle hot honey over pizza.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Can be customized with vegetables or extra spices.
