Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Spread ricotta evenly over flatbread and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
- Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle hot honey over pizza.
- Garnish with fresh basil and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Can be customized with vegetables or extra spices.
