Pizza Dough & Toppings
  • 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 20-25 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp hot honey more to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and grease baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
  3. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread ricotta evenly, sprinkle mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni.
  5. Season with garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle hot honey, garnish with basil, slice, and serve.

Notes

Adjust hot honey amount based on sweetness and spice preference. Best served immediately while warm.
