Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags white tea
  • 1 cup guava juice 100% pure
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave optional
  • to taste ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Bring water to just below boiling (~175°F). Steep white tea bags for 4–5 minutes, then remove.
  2. In a pitcher, combine guava juice, lemon juice, and optional sweetener.
  3. Add cooled white tea to the pitcher and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add ice cubes to chill the beverage, or serve over ice in individual glasses.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves and serve immediately.
