Method
- Bring water to just below boiling (~175°F). Steep white tea bags for 4–5 minutes, then remove.
- In a pitcher, combine guava juice, lemon juice, and optional sweetener.
- Add cooled white tea to the pitcher and stir thoroughly.
- Add ice cubes to chill the beverage, or serve over ice in individual glasses.
- Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves and serve immediately.
