Potato Farl Dough
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes plain, cooled
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Mix potatoes, flour, butter, and salt.
  2. Shape dough and cut into quarters.
  3. Cook in skillet until golden.

Notes

Do not overwork dough for tender farls.
