Method
- Place flour in one bowl, eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a third.
 - Dredge mozzarella cubes in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Double coat if desired.
 - Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet or saucepan.
 - Fry cheese cubes in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
 - Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
 
Notes
Freeze breaded mozzarella bites before cooking for up to 1 month. Fry or bake from frozen when ready.
