- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, thyme, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, Dijon, and milk in a large bowl.
- Place half of meat mixture in the loaf pan and press evenly.
- Layer ham slices over the meat, then layer Swiss cheese on top.
- Cover with remaining meat mixture and press to seal edges.
- Mix topping ingredients, spread over the loaf, and sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes, remove foil, bake 15–20 more minutes until golden and 165°F internal temp.
- Rest 10 minutes, slice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Use dark meat ground chicken for extra juiciness. Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for convenience. Leftovers freeze well.
