- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then add milk.
- Shape dough into balls and roll in sprinkles.
- Bake 9–11 minutes, then cool on rack.
