- Mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, Parmesan, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Sear meatballs in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash with butter, cream, salt, and optional cinnamon.
- Simmer bourbon in skillet for 1 minute, then add maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon, garlic, and pepper flakes.
- Thicken sauce 4–6 minutes, whisk in butter.
- Return meatballs to pan and glaze with sauce.
- Serve meatballs over sweet potato mash and drizzle with extra sauce.
Notes
For extra depth, finish the meatballs with a touch of smoked paprika or fresh herbs.
