- Whisk together grinder dressing ingredients in a bowl.
 - Toss shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and banana peppers in the dressing.
 - Slice and toast sub rolls if desired.
 - Layer provolone, salami, ham, turkey, and pepperoni on rolls.
 - Top with generous spoonfuls of grinder salad slaw.
 - Close sandwich, slice in half, and serve immediately.
 
Notes
Best served fresh. Grinder salad can be prepped 1 day ahead and kept refrigerated. Great for parties and game day spreads.
