Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 4 oz salami chopped
  • 3 oz pepperoni chopped
  • 4 oz ham chopped
  • 4 oz provolone cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion sliced
  • 0.25 cup banana peppers sliced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add lettuce, vegetables, meats, and cheese to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Toast rolls lightly if desired.
  5. Fill rolls generously with grinder salad and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store salad separately from bread for meal prep.
