Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Divide beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form mini patties.
- Cook patties on a skillet 2-3 minutes per side until browned, or bake 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Place cheese on patties during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.
- Slice buns and toast lightly for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble sliders with patties, cheese, toppings, and top buns.
- Serve immediately, optionally secured with toothpicks.
