Ingredients
  

Beef Patties
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Slider Assembly
  • 12 pieces small slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • Optional toppings pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo

Equipment

  • Skillet or griddle
  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  3. Divide beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form mini patties.
  4. Cook patties on a skillet 2-3 minutes per side until browned, or bake 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Place cheese on patties during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.
  6. Slice buns and toast lightly for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble sliders with patties, cheese, toppings, and top buns.
  8. Serve immediately, optionally secured with toothpicks.

Notes

Customize with favorite toppings or sauces. Store patties and buns separately for up to 2 days.
