Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 onion finely minced
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Grill or grill pan
  • Skewers

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl.
  2. Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Shape mixture onto skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat, turning until cooked through.

Notes

Serve with pita, garlic sauce, or rice.
