  • 2 steaks ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Season and sear steaks in hot skillet.
  2. Remove steaks and rest.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter.
