- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 45–60 seconds until softened.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and eggs. Mix to form dough.
- Roll dough between parchment sheets into rectangle, cut into breadstick shapes. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and optional Parmesan. Serve warm.
Notes
Dough can be made ahead. Customize toppings with herbs or extra cheese. Reheat in oven for best texture.
