Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 45–60 seconds until softened.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and eggs. Mix to form dough.
  4. Roll dough between parchment sheets into rectangle, cut into breadstick shapes. Transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and optional Parmesan. Serve warm.

Notes

Dough can be made ahead. Customize toppings with herbs or extra cheese. Reheat in oven for best texture.
