  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave-safe bowl; microwave 45–60 seconds until melted.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and eggs. Mix to form smooth dough.
  4. Roll dough between parchment sheets, cut into breadsticks. Transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with parsley and optional Parmesan. Serve warm.

Notes

Dough can be made ahead. Customize toppings with herbs or cheese. Reheat briefly in oven for best texture.
