Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave until smooth.
- Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings in a medium bowl.
- Combine eggs and melted cheese with dry ingredients to form sticky dough.
- Press dough into desired pizza shape on parchment paper, ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges slightly golden.
- Add toppings, return to oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve immediately or store for later use.
Notes
Optional: Boil dough for 30 seconds before baking for a chewier texture.
