Ingredients
  

Cocktail Mix
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz fresh key lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice optional
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish
  • 1 wedge lime
  • lime zest or toasted coconut for rim or topping

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring jigger
  • Citrus juicer
  • Hurricane glass

Method
 

  1. Add rum, coconut cream, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  4. Pour into chilled hurricane glasses.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge, zest, or toasted coconut.
  6. Serve immediately while frosty.

Notes

For a mocktail version, omit rum and add a splash more lime juice. Adjust sweetness with syrup as desired.
