Method
- Rim glass with lime juice and dip in Tajín or chili-salt.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle kiwi slices and jalapeño.
- Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass with ice and garnish.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño to control spiciness. For a frozen version, blend ingredients with crushed ice.
