Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat.
- Mix ricotta, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread ricotta mixture over each noodle.
- Roll noodles and place seam-side down in baking dish.
- Top with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Notes
Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours or freeze before baking. Great for meal prep and potlucks.
