Method
- Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear shrimp in olive oil until just cooked, then remove.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
- Toast orzo for 1–2 minutes.
- Add broth and lemon juice and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Stir in parmesan and return shrimp to the pan.
Notes
Best served fresh; add broth when reheating.
