- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Shape pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
- Spread minced garlic and dollop ricotta evenly.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Top with thin lemon slices and seasonings.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Add fresh herbs immediately after baking and serve warm.
Notes
Slice lemons very thinly for the best texture. Add herbs only after baking to keep flavors bright.
