Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Lemon & Herbs
  • 1 lemon very thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mandoline or sharp knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Shape pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread minced garlic and dollop ricotta evenly.
  4. Add mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Top with thin lemon slices and seasonings.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Add fresh herbs immediately after baking and serve warm.

Notes

Slice lemons very thinly for the best texture. Add herbs only after baking to keep flavors bright.
