- Spread guacamole on the top bun and drizzle with sour cream.
- Place the top bun over the loaded layers, pressing gently to hold everything together.
- Optional: Place assembled sandwich in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately with tortilla chips or extra guacamole.
Notes
