  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with oil, spices, and lemon.
