Batter
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in cream and vanilla.
  5. Fold in flour and salt.
  6. Bake until deeply golden and jiggly.

Notes

Top should look very dark; interior remains creamy. Chill before slicing.
