Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in lobster, crab, garlic, parsley, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place seafood filling in the center and seal dough tightly.
- Roll into balls and place seam-side down on tray.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake 14–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Use fresh or high-quality frozen seafood for best flavor. Serve warm with garlic butter or lemon aioli.
