Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 cup lobster meat cooked, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat lump, shell-free
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest
  • salt and pepper to taste
Dough & Finish
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 2 tbsp butter melted for brushing

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in lobster, crab, garlic, parsley, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place seafood filling in the center and seal dough tightly.
  6. Roll into balls and place seam-side down on tray.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake 14–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Use fresh or high-quality frozen seafood for best flavor. Serve warm with garlic butter or lemon aioli.
