Method
- Boil water and steep tea bags 5–7 minutes, then remove bags and cool.
- Blend diced mangoes into a smooth puree, add honey or sugar if desired.
- Mix cooled tea with mango puree, add lemon juice and additional sweetener as needed.
- Chill mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or tartness to preference; ripe mangoes provide natural sweetness.
