  • 2 egg whites room temperature
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup mango purée
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened

Method
 

  1. Prepare and pipe macaron shells.
  2. Bake shells until set and cool completely.
  3. Prepare mango buttercream filling.
