Method
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 30 minutes to 6 hours.
 - Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for tzatziki. Chill until serving.
 - Cook chicken strips on grill pan or skillet until golden and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side.
 - Warm pita breads until soft and pliable.
 - Assemble gyros with chicken, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, and tzatziki. Garnish with parsley or dill.
 
Notes
For best results, marinate chicken overnight. Use whole wheat pita for extra fiber or lettuce wraps for low-carb option.
