Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups crushed Doritos or tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded cheese cheddar & Monterey Jack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, soup, Rotel, and sour cream.
  4. Layer chips, beef mixture, and cheese in baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot for best crunch. Customize with jalapeños or hot sauce.
