Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Insert skewers into mini hot dogs.
- Mix dry ingredients and combine with milk and egg to make batter.
- Pour batter into a tall glass for dipping.
- Dip each skewered hot dog into batter.
- Place coated mini corn dogs in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Customize by adding shredded cheese to the batter or using spicy mini sausages.
